July 21, 2023. We are pleased to announce that a qui tam lawsuit in which Jonathan Tycko represented the whistleblower, alongside attorneys from KaiserDillon PLLC, has been unsealed and a settlement was announced today. Government contractor Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation has agreed to pay a $377 million settlement to resolve allegations of violating the False Claims Act, and the whistleblower will receive a $69,828,832 reward.
